QA Automation Engineer (SDET)

I build and maintain a Playwright and JavaScript automation suite using the Page Object Model for end-to-end and cross-browser testing. Smoke tests run automatically through the CI pipeline on every build, and I diagnose CI-only failures caused by configuration drift, UI timing races, and other pipeline inconsistencies.

I test chemical safety compliance workflows, including Safety Data Sheet authoring and chemical management, across seven international regulations. I validate APIs with Postman and data with PostgreSQL, test LLM chatbot behavior for accuracy, hallucinations, safety, and consistency, and build internal tools and Claude skills for QA workflows. I also own selected features from requirements through release and mentor two junior QA engineers.

I initiated a Cypress automation framework with reusable Page Object Model architecture for fintech and microfinance platforms. I performed end-to-end, cross-browser, functional, regression, and UAT testing, executing more than 100 test cases per release.

I validated over 50 REST API endpoints in Postman for microfinance transaction flows, focusing on business logic and data integrity. I also improved defect reporting in Azure Boards and overhauled test documentation practices to strengthen release traceability and reduce turnaround time for critical defects.

I tested Banglalink's self-care Android and iOS application, website, and e-commerce store across more than ten functional modules. My work covered functional validation across major telecom customer journeys and digital services.

I executed regression, sanity, and UAT suites during release cycles and managed defects with developers in JIRA. I also evaluated a production AI chatbot against expected intents and behaviors, performing LLM quality testing for a telecom product serving millions of users.

I supported functional testing for ERP system modules and helped identify, document, and report defects.

I gained practical experience with software testing workflows, issue reporting, and validating business-system functionality in an enterprise environment.
