Professional summary

I am a software engineer and founder based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, focused on building AI-powered products that reach real users and generate revenue. I work across full-stack TypeScript and Python development, from product discovery through production deployment.

I have shipped three production products as the sole engineer, including two post-revenue products acquired without paid advertising. I build complete systems with authentication, security, billing, automated testing, CI/CD, and cross-platform distribution.

My technical focus includes LLM applications, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval, vector search, citation verification, and AI-powered content and voice products. I am experienced with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Electron, React Native, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and cloud deployment.

I engineered TradeWise, a multi-agent regulatory analysis platform that placed in the top 20 among nearly 240 teams globally at the UN ESCAP Global Hackathon. I have also built enterprise document intelligence, exam-paper generation, short-form video analytics, and computer vision projects.

Beyond engineering, I bring product, growth, community-building, and leadership experience. I have worked directly with users, delivered more than 50 client projects as a Fiverr Level One Seller, and led university and inter-university technology initiatives.

Founder and Lead Engineer Azynctra

I serve as the sole engineer for AI product development at Azynctra, building complete production systems with authentication, security, billing, testing, and deployment.

I built QuickThrottle, a post-revenue local content factory that generates hundreds of reels and AI slideshows for TikTok and Instagram. I developed its rendering queue, Gemini image generation workflow, MCP server integration, and Electron release pipeline for Windows and macOS. I also co-founded Soleii, a live Google Play period-tracking application for couples built with Expo, TypeScript, and Supabase.

I launched Mahasen Voice, a Windows voice dictation application that produced my first product revenue. I gathered user feedback, delivered fixes and new features, and intentionally sunset the product when the market became commoditized.

Freelance Motion Graphics Artist Fiverr

I delivered more than 50 motion graphics projects for international clients through Fiverr and achieved Level One Seller status.
