Lead budgeting and forecasting for four operating divisions, linking revenue, payroll, manpower, operating costs and project activity to support management decisions.

Built an AI-assisted in-house finance and forecasting app with role-based access, automated reports and forecast/workflow gap detection, reducing reporting and gap analysis from one day to three hours. Cut month-end close from about 20 days to 5 days and report preparation time by approximately 30%.

Support project costing and scenario models covering manpower, capacity, indirect costs, collections and cash-flow impact. Reduced procurement delays by approximately 50% through forecast-led purchasing, stock levels and reorder points.

Lead the accounting and inventory team. Support IFRS accounting and audit requirements, including IFRS 16 lease schedules, EOSB calculations, financial-statement review and auditor coordination.

Managed day-to-day and month-end accounting across Trading, MEP, Building Maintenance and Pest Control operations. Prepared monthly financial and management reports, project cost reviews, reconciliations and MEP variance analysis for the Finance Head. Helped implement the Odoo accounting module and supported budgeting and operational reporting.
