I am a Geomatics Engineer and GIS Analyst with a Bachelor of Engineering in Geomatics (Surveying) Engineering from Benha University. My work focuses on GIS, Web GIS, remote sensing, SAR analysis, UAV photogrammetry, terrestrial laser scanning, surveying, and geospatial data processing.
I have practical experience developing GIS-based decision-support solutions, including a crime reporting and analysis system using ArcGIS Online, Survey123, Instant Apps, Experience Builder, and ArcGIS Workforce. I use spatial analysis methods such as hotspot analysis, kernel density estimation, and spatial interpolation to support data-driven decisions.
My graduation project involved building an automated Nile River encroachment monitoring workflow using multi-temporal Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 imagery. I applied Random Forest classification, SAR preprocessing, DEM analysis, and regulatory buffering to identify potential violations, achieving 94.9% classification accuracy.
I am experienced in remote sensing and geospatial automation with Google Earth Engine, ESA SNAP, ArcGIS Pro, Python, ArcPy, GDAL, Rasterio, xarray, and MATLAB. I also work with spatial databases, including PostgreSQL/PostGIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
I have hands-on exposure to field and reality-capture workflows, including GNSS/RTK surveying, total stations, hydrographic surveying, UAV mapping, terrestrial laser scanning, LiDAR point clouds, and photogrammetric processing. I am open to GIS, remote sensing, surveying, geospatial data annotation, and related engineering roles.
