I am a results-driven research and monitoring and evaluation professional with more than two years of practical experience in mixed-methods research, program coordination, impact evaluation, and analysis.
I have the ability to develop and apply appropriate data science methods and tools to support high-quality research, evidence-based analysis, and program decision-making. My interests include research, children’s programs, sports, and community-focused initiatives.
I have experience designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, including M&E plans for projects addressing issues such as female genital mutilation and child marriage in Kajiado County.
I am self-motivated, open-minded, and able to take on challenging projects with minimal supervision. I approach problems creatively, think quickly under pressure, and consistently aim to exceed project expectations.
I work effectively both independently and as part of a team. My professional experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
I am seeking an opportunity in a competitive and dynamic environment where I can contribute world-class research support, analysis, and program coordination while continuing to grow professionally.
