This model enables agents to maintain full ownership of their businesses while we manage compliance, back-office support, and recruiting, allowing them to focus entirely on serving their clients and communities.

Our founders, Guy Gal and Ed Wu, recognized that high-performing agents were underserved by conventional brokerages, where the system often worked against them. They envisioned a brokerage platform tailored to agent entrepreneurs, providing true ownership, simple transaction management, and comprehensive support. Side launched with this vision, and has since helped over 500 real estate companies across the U.S. launch and thrive.
