As a financial aid professional in higher education, I work closely with students and other campus faculty and staff to support the institution in all matters relating directly and tangentially to financial student support. My role encompasses federal aid reporting, reconciling, disbursing, evaluating, and managing; as well as institutional policy interpretation, implementation, regulation, and enforcement. My customer service skills allow me to assist individuals to navigate these often confusing processes with confidence and understand the complexities that govern Title IV processes and procedures with a high level of success and satisfaction.
