As the Email Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key driver in developing and executing email strategies for multiple brands. In this role, You’ll oversee the end-to-end email marketing process—from crafting engaging, targeted campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, optimizing outcomes, and making data-driven decisions.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll take full ownership of email marketing across several brands, creating personalized, results-oriented experiences for a diverse customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive results through data-driven strategies, setting clear KPIs and guiding the team to optimize email campaigns that deliver measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and overall ROI.
Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, delivering personalized, results-driven content that resonates with our audience.
Manage and segment our email list to ensure accurate targeting, growth, and optimal performance.
Craft engaging content for email campaigns that speak directly to our subscribers, using AI tools to generate copy and collaborating closely with the design team to deliver visually compelling, relevant campaigns.
Oversee the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns within budget and aligned with business goals.
Optimize email deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates by continuously testing, refining, and implementing Klaviyo automations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure email strategies align with broader marketing initiatives and company objectives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally within e-commerce or digital marketing, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
Expert proficiency in Klaviyo, using advanced features like segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows to develop highly targeted, data-driven campaigns that align with business goals and maximize ROI.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue), derive actionable insights, and pivot strategy to continually improve campaign performance and achieve strategic business targets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling, on-brand email copy that not only engages but converts, tailoring messaging to different customer personas to drive high-impact results.

Home Task.
60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY
Starting from €2500 after taxes (depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience) + commissions based on performance.
Please note that this role requires a self-employment certificate.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
