Dear Hiring Team,

I am excited to apply for the B2B Integrated Campaign Manager role at AssetWatch. My experience building and optimizing full-funnel B2B SaaS campaigns, including hands-on marketing automation and CRM coordination, aligns closely with your focus on qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.

I would bring a disciplined approach to campaign strategy, HubSpot execution, segmentation, attribution, and continuous A/B testing while partnering effectively with sales, RevOps, product marketing, and creative teams. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to translate AssetWatch’s predictive-maintenance value into campaigns that reach both executive buyers and plant-level practitioners.

I would welcome the opportunity to help build scalable campaign systems that deliver reliable pipeline growth.

Sample interview questions
How would you build an integrated campaign that generates qualified pipeline?

I start by defining the revenue objective, target accounts or segments, buying-stage hypothesis, and measurable funnel KPIs. I then create a channel plan, build the required HubSpot assets and workflows, validate Salesforce handoff and attribution, launch in phases, and use performance data to improve targeting, creative, timing, and conversion paths.

How do you ensure accurate attribution and lead flow between HubSpot and Salesforce?

I use a shared campaign taxonomy, standardized UTM and naming conventions, clear lifecycle-stage definitions, and documented lead-routing rules. Before launch, I test forms, workflows, CRM field mapping, and source tracking; after launch, I reconcile HubSpot and Salesforce reporting to identify gaps.

Describe your approach to A/B testing and real-time campaign optimization.

I prioritize experiments based on expected pipeline impact, confidence, implementation effort, and learning value. I monitor leading indicators such as engagement and conversion rates alongside MQL quality, opportunity creation, and pipeline, then scale successful tests while documenting findings for future campaigns.

How would you market a technical manufacturing solution to executive buyers and plant-level practitioners?

I begin with audience research and sales input to identify the distinct pains, language, and objections of each group. I build modular messaging: executive content emphasizes business outcomes, risk, and ROI, while practitioner content focuses on reliability, workflows, and practical operational value, with coordinated calls to action across both journeys.

How do you manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders without losing execution quality?

I establish a campaign brief with goals, roles, timelines, required assets, approval points, and dependencies. I maintain a visible project plan, hold concise working sessions, surface risks early, and share dashboards that connect marketing activity to sales outcomes so stakeholders can make timely decisions.

AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through the delivery of an unparalleled condition monitoring experience, with a passion to care about the assets our customers care for every day. We are a devoted and capable team that includes world-renowned engineers and distinguished business leaders united by a common goal – To build the future of predictive maintenance. As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking people to help lead the journey.

We’re looking for a B2B Integrated Campaign Manager who wakes up thinking about pipeline. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and hands-on execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive real revenue; building in HubSpot, pulling the levers, and iterating relentlessly until the numbers move. This is a fast-scaling SaaS environment where every campaign decision is made through one lens: what gets more qualified opportunities into the funnel, faster.

This isn’t your typical enterprise SaaS role. AssetWatch sells into the manufacturing plant floor – maintenance managers, reliability engineers, plant managers, and operations leaders who aren’t scrolling LinkedIn between meetings. Reaching them requires a dual playbook: account-based tactics for executive buyers, and channel-agnostic creative for the plant-level practitioners who champion the technology.

This role blends campaign strategy, cross-functional leadership, and technical campaign execution, and it demands someone who plans obsessively and operates with precision. You’ll be managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously, and the throughline that keeps it all moving is your ability to build the system, run the system, and hold it accountable to pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue
  • Translate business goals into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including building and launching campaigns in HubSpot

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

  • Build, test, and deploy campaign assets in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, workflows, forms)
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure proper segmentation, targeting, and timing
  • Manage campaign workflows and triggers to support lead generation and nurture efforts
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and attributed

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and campaign goals
  • Work closely with RevOps to ensure Salesforce and HubSpot alignment for campaign tracking and lead flow
  • Support sales with campaign insights, follow-up strategies, and enablement materials

Performance & Optimization

  • Define KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, campaign ROI)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time (A/B testing, messaging, timing, channels)
  • Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in HubSpot

Data & Compliance

  • Ensure campaigns follow best practices for data usage, segmentation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Maintain clean campaign data and proper attribution tracking

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot (or similar MAP)
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation and SaaS funnel metrics
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRMand marketing-sales alignment
  • Ability to manage both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Seamless execution from strategy → build → launch → optimization
  • Strong alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outcomes
  • Clear, reliable campaign reporting and attribution
