EverAI is hiring a senior affiliate marketing professional to manage, grow, and optimize an affiliate partner network for its AI companionship platform. The role combines partner relationship management, affiliate recruitment and onboarding, performance reporting, funnel optimization, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will use attribution and analytics tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Excel, and Google Sheets to improve traffic, conversion, ROI, and scalable partner acquisition. This is a fast-moving remote role requiring at least five years of affiliate-management experience, strong English communication, and comfort marketing NSFW uncensored-model content. The position reports to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation and emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and hands-on execution.

Sample interview questions
I segment partners by source, audience, conversion quality, and incremental value, then prioritize recruitment and activation of the highest-potential segments. I set clear payout rules and quality thresholds, monitor conversion and retention metrics, and scale partners only after validating profitable cohorts.
I would first validate the data across the affiliate platform, analytics tools, and internal product events to rule out tracking breaks. Then I would isolate the decline by partner, traffic source, device, geography, landing page, and funnel step, communicate findings quickly, and coordinate technical or campaign fixes with the relevant teams.
I would include clicks, registrations, conversions, conversion rate, revenue, payout, ROI or contribution margin, EPC, active affiliates, new partner activations, and trends by partner and traffic source. I would pair the numbers with concise insights, risks, and prioritized actions for the following week.
I define the ideal partner profile based on audience fit, compliance history, traffic quality, and ability to explain a recurring-value product. I build targeted outreach, present compelling commercial and creative assets, establish tracking before launch, and use an initial test period to assess conversion quality, retention, and scalability.
I would acknowledge the issue promptly, collect the partner’s click IDs and timestamps, and reconcile them against platform, postback, and internal event data. I would explain the findings transparently, correct verified errors quickly, and document the root cause and preventative process changes to preserve trust.

Your Role
Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
