About this role.
EverAI is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to own and expand affiliate relationships for its AI companionship platform. The role covers affiliate onboarding, partner recruitment, performance reporting, campaign and funnel optimization, and resolution of tracking or affiliate issues. The successful candidate needs at least five years of affiliate-management experience, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Excel or Google Sheets. This is a fast-moving, high-ownership remote role requiring fluent English and comfort marketing uncensored/NSFW content. The manager will work closely with internal teams and report to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation.

Sample interview questions
I segment partners by source, audience, conversion quality, and compliance risk, then prioritize recruitment and incentives for the highest-quality cohorts. I pair this with clear attribution rules, regular performance reviews, and fraud monitoring so growth does not come at the expense of profitability or brand safety.
I would first validate tracking integrity by comparing affiliate-platform data, analytics, postbacks, and checkout events. Then I would isolate the decline by partner, traffic source, geography, device, landing page, and date, review recent funnel or offer changes, and communicate findings and corrective actions to the relevant teams and partners.
I would monitor clicks, conversion rate, approved conversions, revenue, EPC, CPA, ROI, retention or subscription quality, chargebacks, and fraud indicators. The final KPI set should align with the company’s unit economics, so I would assess both short-term acquisition volume and downstream customer value.
I would provide a structured onboarding checklist covering commercial terms, approved traffic sources, tracking links, postback parameters, test conversions, reporting access, and escalation contacts. Before launch, I would validate the end-to-end attribution flow and confirm that both sides see consistent test-event data.
I would review the agreed terms and investigate the underlying click, conversion, and postback records with a neutral, evidence-based approach. I would communicate the findings transparently, resolve any verified technical issue promptly, and document the outcome and preventive process changes to preserve the relationship.

Your Role
Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
