Sample interview questions
I begin by mapping stakeholders, their objectives, decision influence, and success measures. I then establish a mutual success plan tied to measurable business outcomes, review progress in structured business reviews, and tailor communications to each stakeholder’s priorities while maintaining a shared account narrative.
I identify risk early through usage trends, support patterns, stakeholder feedback, and engagement data. I confirm the root cause with the client, create a documented recovery plan with owners and dates, align internal resources, and communicate progress consistently; if commercial issues remain, I partner with Sales on options that protect both client value and retention.
I use business goals, adoption data, operational gaps, and upcoming initiatives to determine whether an additional capability could create meaningful value. I present the opportunity as a consultative recommendation supported by evidence and expected outcomes, then involve Sales when the client agrees there is a relevant business case.
I would combine product usage and adoption, attainment of agreed success outcomes, executive engagement, support trends, sentiment, renewal timing, commercial risk, and expansion indicators. I would weight the measures by account context and use the resulting health view to prioritize proactive actions.
I use AI to accelerate account research, summarize notes, identify themes in usage or feedback, and draft preparation materials for business reviews. Before anything is shared externally, I verify accuracy against source data, remove sensitive information as required, and apply my own judgment to ensure the recommendation is appropriate for the client.
