Sample interview questions
I begin by mapping the current process, identifying failure points and measurable success criteria, then selecting the appropriate AI and integration components. I build a small testable workflow, add validation and human-review checkpoints for high-risk decisions, and deploy with logging, alerts, documentation, and post-launch performance reviews.
I would classify decisions by risk and require human approval for exceptions, irreversible actions, low-confidence outputs, and sensitive changes. I would also apply least-privilege access, maintain clear audit logs, establish escalation paths, and regularly review accuracy, override rates, and control effectiveness.
I first confirm the business objective, system ownership, API capabilities, data sensitivity, and failure modes. I use authenticated, scoped API access; define structured input and output contracts; build retries and idempotency where needed; and test the integration in a controlled environment before monitoring it in production.
I would measure process-cycle-time reduction, manual hours saved, completion and exception rates, error rates, cost per transaction, user adoption, and service reliability. For AI components, I would additionally monitor quality, confidence distributions, human override rates, and any safety or compliance incidents.
I would score opportunities by business impact, process volume, implementation effort, data readiness, operational risk, and control requirements. I would prioritize high-value, repeatable workflows with clear owners and measurable outcomes, while sequencing more complex or high-risk initiatives after the necessary governance foundations are in place.
About this role.
About us:
Airtm is a financial-infrastructure company building the future of the online-work economy. We are on a mission to empower the world’s growing number of Digital Entrepreneurs in the Global South, giving them the financial freedom to thrive.
The problem is clear: in emerging markets, accessing the dollar economy is difficult. Cross-border payments are slow, expensive, and often lose value to inflation. This limits the potential of millions of talented individuals.
Airtm’s solution is a swift and comprehensive financial platform that facilitates low-value cross-border payments and local cash-outs. As pioneers in stablecoin-payment infrastructure, Airtm has built the most advanced cross-border payment system available on the market.
As a company married to the world of online work, Airtm will go beyond payments to build the necessary infrastructure the online-work economy needs to thrive. We are fostering an entirely new economy, giving individuals, communities, and countries the tools to take control of their financial destinies.

Maintain clear technical and process documentation for implemented solutions.
Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Technology, Operations, and other teams to ensure solutions align with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
Stay current with developments in AI agents, automation frameworks, and related technologies, and evaluate their potential application within Airtm.
What We’re Looking For
Experience building or implementing AI-powered automations, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
Experience with automation platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow orchestration tools.
Experience with Claude, OpenClaw, or similar AI and agent development tools.
