Sample interview questions
Describe a meme-coin trend you followed and explain what drove user interest.

I would outline the token’s launch context, narrative, community channels, liquidity and trading behavior, and the signals that suggested sustained interest versus a short-lived spike. I would then connect those observations to potential product features or user-education needs.

How would you turn community feedback into a product recommendation?

I would collect feedback from relevant community channels, group it into recurring themes, validate it against behavioral or on-chain signals, and assess user impact and implementation effort. I would present a concise recommendation with evidence, risks, priority, and a proposed success metric.

How would you keep design, engineering, and QA aligned on a feature?

I would maintain a clear PRD with requirements and acceptance criteria, establish owners and milestones, track dependencies in a shared tool, and run concise check-ins. I would document decisions and surface blockers early so the team can resolve them before release.

What makes a strong product requirement document for a fast-moving crypto product?

A strong PRD clearly defines the user problem, target audience, scope, user flows, success metrics, constraints, and acceptance criteria. For crypto products, it should also address market volatility, security considerations, community expectations, and relevant on-chain or liquidity dependencies.

How do you prioritize competing product requests when time is limited?

I would compare requests using user impact, strategic relevance, urgency, confidence in the evidence, delivery effort, and risk. I would prioritize the smallest high-impact initiative, communicate the rationale to stakeholders, and revisit the decision as new user or market data emerges.
