The role, at a glance.
Tremendous is hiring a senior B2B demand generation leader to own international growth strategy, initially across Europe while testing additional markets. The role sets regional priorities, adapts messaging and localization, and coordinates paid, organic, lifecycle, sales, and product marketing partners. It also directly delivers regional programs including webinars, partnerships, and conferences, with accountability for qualified leads, self-serve signups, pipeline, and acquisition outcomes. This is a remote, highly autonomous role suited to an analytical marketer experienced in country-level go-to-market experimentation and cross-functional leadership.

Sample interview questions
I would combine market size, addressable buyer segments, existing product traction, competitive dynamics, localization requirements, sales coverage, and estimated acquisition efficiency. I would rank markets using a transparent scoring model, validate the leading assumptions through low-cost tests, and shift investment toward markets that demonstrate qualified demand and healthy downstream conversion.
I would define a specific target segment, localized value proposition, success metrics, and decision threshold before launching. I would use a focused mix of paid search or social, targeted content or landing pages, and direct partner outreach, then assess lead quality, activation, and early pipeline signals rather than optimizing only for low-cost leads.
I start with customer interviews, sales-call feedback, local search behavior, and competitor positioning to identify what changes by market. I retain the core value proposition and brand voice, then adapt proof points, terminology, use cases, creative, language, and calls to action to match local buyer expectations.
I would track qualified leads and self-serve signups against targets, then connect them to conversion rates, pipeline created, customer acquisition, cost per qualified lead, and channel-level efficiency. I would review performance by country, segment, and program so that scaling decisions reflect both volume and downstream quality.
I establish shared definitions for qualified leads, agree on service-level expectations and feedback mechanisms, and review conversion data jointly on a regular cadence. When sales feedback and CRM evidence show weak fit, I adjust targeting, messaging, qualification, or channel mix and communicate the tradeoffs clearly.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager, International to grow our business across Europe and test opportunities in other strategic markets. You’ll own regional marketing strategy. Based on the input from strategy & sales, you decide which markets, audiences, and programs to prioritize to generate qualified leads and bring new customers directly onto our platform.
You’ll partner with sales and our global marketing teams to turn those priorities into campaigns, adapt messaging for local audiences, and build a credible presence in key markets. Our global channel owners manage paid, organic, and lifecycle execution; you’ll guide regional needs and directly run programs such as webinars, partnerships, and events.
What you’ll do
Set regional priorities: Own the international marketing plan, partnering with sales and strategy to identify the markets, audiences, and programs most likely to drive growth.
Test new markets: Develop fast, cost-effective tests to assess demand in additional markets across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, and recommend where to invest.
Coordinate campaigns: Brief global paid, organic, and lifecycle owners on regional priorities, partner on execution, and use results to improve performance.
Shape local messaging: Bring customer and market insights to product marketing and content to adapt campaigns, creative, and content for international buyers.
Drive localization: Prioritize languages, website pages, and content, partnering with web and sales to create a credible local presence.
Run regional programs: Plan and execute webinars, association and media partnerships, conferences, and other programs that benefit from dedicated regional ownership.
Partner with sales: Align campaigns with regional sales priorities and build a feedback loop on lead quality and conversion.
Own regional results: Report on qualified leads and self-serve signups against targets, with visibility into downstream pipeline and customer acquisition. Use data to decide what to scale, adjust, or stop.
What you’ll bring
7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, including ownership of international programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline.
Experience tailoring marketing strategies to individual countries and testing opportunities in new markets.
Strong understanding of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to evaluate results.
Hands-on experience running webinars, events, partnerships, or other regional marketing programs.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using CRM and analytics tools to understand funnel performance and guide investment decisions.
Proven ability to align sales and marketing partners around shared priorities and move work forward across teams.
A proactive approach to experimentation, with the judgment to change direction when results warrant it.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain results, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
Fluency in additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, or German, is a plus.
