AI Summary

The role, at a glance.

Feedzai is seeking a senior Regional Account Manager to retain and grow a portfolio of financial-services customers in Brazil and the broader LATAM remit. The role owns the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, using adoption, satisfaction, and health metrics to prevent churn and demonstrate value. It also identifies expansion opportunities, develops ROI-backed business cases, and tracks retention and expansion ARR metrics. Success requires executive stakeholder management, fraud-prevention domain knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate internal product, support, consulting, and enablement teams. This is a customer-success-led commercial role rather than a new-logo sales position.

Sample interview questions
How would you identify and prioritize expansion opportunities within an existing bank customer?

I would combine usage and adoption data, customer health indicators, strategic business priorities, and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps where additional modules or broader deployment can deliver value. I would prioritize opportunities by expected customer impact, renewal risk, revenue potential, implementation feasibility, and executive sponsorship, then build an ROI-based growth plan.

Describe how you would manage a customer with declining product adoption and an upcoming renewal.

I would first validate the data and identify root causes through discussions with users, sponsors, and internal teams. I would create a recovery plan with clear adoption milestones, owners, training or enablement actions, and regular executive updates, while documenting achieved value and addressing blockers before positioning the renewal conversation.

How do you communicate a technical fraud-prevention solution's value to non-technical executives?

I focus on business outcomes such as fraud-loss reduction, operational efficiency, risk reduction, customer experience, and regulatory confidence. I use concise metrics, relevant examples, and ROI scenarios, while reserving technical detail for the appropriate operational and technical stakeholders.

What should an effective quarterly business review include?

A strong QBR should review agreed objectives, adoption and health metrics, measurable outcomes, key incidents or learnings, stakeholder feedback, and progress against the success plan. It should conclude with forward-looking priorities, risks, required decisions, and a jointly owned action plan that can support renewal and expansion.

How would you coordinate internal teams during a high-priority customer escalation?

I would establish the issue scope, severity, customer impact, accountable owners, and communication cadence immediately. I would coordinate the relevant support, product, consulting, and enablement teams around a documented action plan, provide transparent customer updates, and complete a post-resolution review to prevent recurrence.
