Sample interview questions
How have you translated a commercial problem into a scalable Salesforce solution?

I start by clarifying the business outcome, users, process exceptions, metrics, and upstream and downstream dependencies. I document a right-sized requirement, assess whether the need is truly a systems issue, then configure and test the solution with representative users before measuring adoption and the intended business result after release.

How would you prioritize competing GTM systems requests from Sales, RevOps, and Finance?

I would evaluate requests against strategic impact, revenue or risk reduction, user reach, urgency, effort, dependencies, and the cost of delaying them. I would make trade-offs visible in a shared backlog, align priorities with accountable business owners, and explicitly decline or redesign requests that solve a training or process problem rather than a technology problem.

What steps would you take to improve Salesforce data quality in a scaling European organization?

I would identify the highest-value data domains and failure points, define ownership and field standards, simplify required inputs, and implement validation, automation, duplicate management, and monitoring. I would pair controls with user training and recurring data-quality reviews so that the system remains usable rather than merely restrictive.

Describe an AI automation you would consider for a GTM workflow and how you would govern it.

A useful example is AI-assisted account research or call-summary extraction that drafts structured CRM updates for seller review. I would begin with a narrow, measurable use case, retain human approval for consequential actions, protect customer data through access and vendor controls, monitor output quality, and expand only after proving accuracy and time savings.

How do you handle a stakeholder who strongly requests a system change that you believe is not the right solution?

I acknowledge the underlying business problem and use evidence to explain the operational, technical, or adoption risks of the proposed change. I then offer alternatives, such as a process adjustment, training, reporting, or a smaller experiment, while documenting the decision and maintaining a collaborative relationship.

About this role.

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

Location: Portugal – Remote

Compensation: €50,000- €60,000

About the Role

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Dandy is hiring a GTM Systems Lead to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company.

Our GTM Systems team builds and runs the systems behind how Dandy sells, contracts and grows its customers, from lead routing and pipeline through quoting, deal approvals and the post-sale lifecycle. As Business Systems Lead, you’ll lead the team’s coverage for Europe, partnering cross-functionally with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams to turn business priorities into systems that drive results: more pipeline, more productive sales teams, faster quote-to-contract and cleaner data.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone with strong judgment. You’ll own Salesforce and our broader GTM stack end to end for European teams, know when a request needs a system change and when it’s really a process issue (or not a priority at all), and help shape how we bring AI into our GTM systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, turning business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements

  • Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote-to-contract speed

  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests, separating system issues from process and training issues, and push back when something isn’t the right priority

  • Keep our Salesforce org healthy as we scale by reducing technical debt and strengthening data quality and access controls

  • Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows, and help build and scale AI-powered automation that takes manual, repetitive work off our teams

  • Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards

  • Support Dandy’s global expansion as we launch new markets

  • Own delivery end to end for your region, from build through testing, release and post-launch follow-through

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations or RevOps Systems roles

  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; you can design, build and maintain complex configuration on your own

  • Experience administering the broader GTM application stack that connects to the CRM

  • Strong understanding of GTM processes, such as lead management and routing, opportunity management, quoting and approvals, and forecasting

  • A track record of owning systems end to end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with business outcomes you can point to

  • AI fluency: you use AI tools in your day-to-day work and have a clear point of view on where AI can (and can’t) improve GTM workflows

  • Experience building AI-powered automations, agents or workflows is a strong plus

  • Strong judgment and the confidence to push back on stakeholders while keeping relationships strong

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and experience working with global, distributed teams

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity with an ownership orientation
