Sample interview questions
I would first define the expected business logic and identify the shared keys across the systems, such as account, subscription, contract, and billing period. I would reconcile a representative sample, trace each mismatch to its source system or integration step, quantify the impact, and implement a documented correction and monitoring control rather than relying on manual fixes.
I would assess high-volume, rules-based processes such as opportunity stage changes that require entitlement updates or renewal task creation. After mapping exceptions and approvals with stakeholders, I would use Salesforce Flow or an integrated automation tool, test it in a sandbox, document ownership, and monitor error rates after release.
I would establish clear field definitions, required-field rules at the appropriate stage, duplicate-management procedures, validation rules, controlled picklists, and ownership for critical objects. I would also create dashboards for completeness, freshness, exception volumes, and integration failures so issues are visible before they affect forecasting or billing.
I would map the current process end to end, including inputs, approvals, systems, handoffs, failure points, and downstream financial effects. I would prioritize changes by risk and effort, standardize the data model and approval rules, then automate the most repeatable steps through CPQ, CRM workflows, and integrated contract or billing systems.
I use AI to accelerate tasks such as documentation drafts, formula development, data-quality investigation, and workflow ideation, while retaining human review for commercial rules and sensitive customer data. I validate outputs against source records, follow data-access policies, and measure whether the automation improves accuracy, cycle time, or user experience.

Company Operating Rhythm
At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.
Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.
Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.
Note: this role is based remotely out of London, UK.
Regional Expectations
Based in London with strong overlap to customer business hours.
Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus.
The Opportunity
Deepgram is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to help build and operate the systems, data, and workflows that power our GTM organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes getting into the details: fixing broken workflows, improving data quality, supporting quote-to-cash and usage-based billing processes, and finding ways to automate repetitive work. You’ll work closely with GTM Engineering, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to make our commercial systems more reliable, scalable, and efficient.
What You’ll Do
Support and improve quote-to-cash workflows, including CPQ, order forms, contract changes, subscriptions, entitlements, and downstream system updates.
Partner with Finance and GTM Engineering on usage, billing, and monetization workflows, including reconciliation across CRM, product, billing, and finance systems.
Serve as a hands-on Salesforce and GTM systems operator, building reports, dashboards, flows, automations, and system enhancements.
Maintain strong data quality and governance across accounts, opportunities, contracts, usage, renewals, and customer records.
Troubleshoot and resolve GTM systems and process issues, identifying root causes rather than relying on manual workarounds.
Identify repetitive or high-friction workflows and help build automation and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort.
Support the systems and reporting used to operationalize forecasting, routing, territory, quota, and commission decisions.
Partner with the Director, GTM Engineering on system requirements, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
Help create scalable operating processes as Deepgram grows, while staying close to the day-to-day work that surfaces where systems need to improve.
It’s Important to Us That You Have
3–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related role.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, flows, automation, and data management.
Experience working across CRM, CPQ, billing, contract, or other GTM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
A track record of improving workflows, not just executing existing processes.
Comfort using AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve operations.
Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Finance, and technical teams.
It Would Be Great If You Had
Experience in a usage-based or consumption-based business.
Experience with CPQ and contract-generation tools.
Familiarity with billing or metering systems.
SQL or experience working with GTM/customer data.
Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, Workato, Retool, or similar automation environments.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
