Sample interview questions
How would you turn a live sports moment into a timely FanDuel social post?

I would monitor the event and social conversation, quickly identify an authentic brand angle, confirm any necessary approvals or rights, and create concise platform-native copy or video. After publishing, I would track engagement and sentiment to inform follow-up content.

How do you adapt content for TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook?

I begin with the audience behavior and native formats of each platform. TikTok and Reels prioritize a strong immediate visual hook, X rewards timely conversational copy, and Facebook can support broader community-oriented storytelling; I tailor the creative, caption, timing, and call to action accordingly.

Which social metrics would you use to evaluate organic content performance?

I would review reach, video views and retention, engagement rate, shares, saves, follower growth, click-through rate where relevant, and qualitative audience sentiment. I would compare results by format, topic, timing, and platform to identify repeatable learnings.

Describe how you would manage several urgent requests during a major sports event.

I would prioritize requests by audience relevance, business impact, deadline, and required approvals. I would maintain a clear publishing plan, communicate status and tradeoffs early with stakeholders, and reserve capacity to act on unexpected real-time opportunities.

How would you work with athletes, creators, or partners to produce authentic social content?

I would align early on the campaign objective, audience, creative guardrails, deliverables, and posting workflow while leaving space for the talent's authentic voice. I would provide platform-informed recommendations and use performance results to refine future collaborations.
