Sample interview questions
I would review campaign performance, adoption data, business objectives, and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps that StackAdapt features or channels could address. I would quantify the expected impact, align with the Account Executive on the account plan, and present a tailored recommendation linked to the client’s KPIs.
I first validate tracking, pacing, and data integrity, then isolate whether the issue is audience, inventory, creative, bidding, frequency, or conversion-path related. I prioritize testable changes, monitor results against a defined baseline, and communicate both the rationale and outcome to the client.
I explain the business impact in plain language before outlining the technical cause and the corrective action. I set clear expectations on ownership, timing, and validation steps, then confirm that reporting and campaign measurement are functioning as intended.
I would clarify the client’s objectives, audience, measurement needs, budget parameters, and decision criteria. I would then coordinate internal subject-matter experts to develop a differentiated strategy, supporting data, implementation plan, and clear performance narrative.
I map stakeholders by influence, goals, and communication preferences, then establish regular, relevant touchpoints for each group. I keep a documented account plan, proactively share insights, and ensure that strategic recommendations connect platform activity to each stakeholder’s business priorities.
