Sample interview questions
I would build a shared tracker with event milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and risk status. I would prioritize time-critical attendee, vendor, and logistics tasks, confirm expectations with event leads, and provide concise progress updates so issues are identified early.
I would maintain a single source of truth with clear data fields, access controls, and version tracking. I would routinely reconcile registrations against invitation and ticketing data, validate special requirements, and set cutoff dates and confirmation workflows with relevant stakeholders.
I would assess capacity, location and accessibility, technical capabilities, layout flexibility, cost, catering, branding options, security, local compliance, and contingency arrangements. I would compare the findings against the audience profile, event objectives, and operational timeline.
I would start with the target audience and event theme, then propose a simple, visually engaging activity with a clear incentive and easy participation flow. I would define the suggested hashtag, content prompts, staffing needs, and metrics such as participation rate, posts created, and engagement.
I document decisions clearly, communicate deadlines with time zones included, and use shared tools to make task status visible. I also plan asynchronous updates, schedule essential meetings thoughtfully, and escalate blockers early rather than waiting for the next meeting.
