Sample interview questions
I would first map the current escalation journey, identify decision points and ownership gaps, then create a documented triage framework with severity definitions, service-level expectations, and handoff rules. I would implement the workflow in Salesforce, establish a regular review cadence, and use outcome metrics to refine the process.
I would define baseline metrics before launch, such as response time, resolution rate, partner participation, adoption activity, satisfaction scores, and repeat escalation volume. I would compare performance by customer and geography, gather qualitative feedback through post-escalation surveys, and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
I begin by understanding each organization’s mission, constraints, and definition of success. I establish transparent communication, clarify shared goals, follow through on commitments, and create practical feedback loops so partners can see that their input directly informs the work.
I create lightweight, usable documentation based on real workflows and input from the people performing the work. I include clear ownership, triggers, required data, escalation paths, and examples, then schedule regular reviews to update the materials as priorities and customer needs change.
I would assess urgency, customer impact, risk, and dependencies, then align priorities with account owners and leadership. I would maintain a visible action tracker, communicate trade-offs early, set clear next steps, and use recurring reviews to ensure critical commitments do not stall.
