Sample interview questions
I would explain the user problem, system architecture, integration points, and reliability requirements, then quantify outcomes such as reduced manual effort, faster cycle times, lower error rates, or improved adoption. I would also describe how I gathered feedback and iterated after launch.
I would begin with a narrowly defined, high-value workflow and establish clear inputs, permissions, tool boundaries, evaluation criteria, observability, and human approval steps. I would expose a simple user experience while keeping orchestration, auditability, guardrails, and error handling robust behind the scenes.
I rely on automated testing, code review, CI/CD, small incremental changes, feature flags, monitoring, and fast rollback mechanisms. I also define service-level signals before release so the team can quickly identify performance or correctness regressions.
I assess the business problem first, then evaluate technical fit, security, operational burden, vendor risk, integration complexity, cost, and team maintainability. I prefer a time-boxed proof of concept with explicit success measures before making a broader platform commitment.
I translate goals into concrete user journeys and measurable outcomes, communicate trade-offs in plain language, and involve stakeholders early through prototypes and feedback sessions. I prioritize documentation, training, and iterative rollout so the solution is understandable and adopted.
