Sample interview questions
I would confirm the displayed subscription price, review any applicable tax calculation, complete the payment with an eligible method, and compare the final transaction details across checkout and post-purchase records.
I would collect the checkout page, purchase confirmation, confirmation email, invoice, refund email, and shopper statement, ensuring each required artifact is available.
I would redact card details, account numbers, addresses, email content not needed for validation, and any other personal or financial information before submission.
I would capture clear screenshots of each record, note the discrepancy precisely, and submit the evidence according to the project instructions rather than attempting to resolve it myself.
I use a checklist for each required step and evidence item, save files with clear names, verify redactions before upload, and perform a final review to ensure the submission is complete.
