About the Role:

Influencer content is one of the highest-performing creative sources across our Meta and TikTok conversion programs, and we’re investing further in it. We’re hiring a Paid Media Influencer Analyst to sit at the intersection of our Influencer and Paid Media teams — sourcing, editing, launching, and measuring influencer-driven ads across multiple hims & hers product categories.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our influencer/creator team to help shape content that’s built to convert, then take that content live through Meta Partnership Ads (allowlisting) and TikTok Spark Ads, and manage it like any other high-performing ad in the account. This role is ideal for someone who loves creator content but also wants to own the performance side — testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.

You Will:

  • Partner with the Influencer/Creator team to source and vet creators whose content and audience fit Hims & Hers paid media conversion goals across all product categories.

  • Write and guide all paid media influencer briefs and edits to ensure influencer content is optimized for conversion-focused paid ads, not just organic engagement.

  • Set up and launch influencer ads via Meta Partnership Ads (branded content allowlisting) and TikTok Spark Ads, ensuring proper permissions, tagging, and boosting are in place.

  • Manage and optimize live influencer ad campaigns, budget pacing, audience testing, and creative refresh to hit conversion and efficiency targets across categories.

  • Measure and report on influencer ad performance separately from and alongside brand/creative-led paid social, surfacing which influencers, formats, and hooks are driving results.

  • Build a repeatable system for tracking creator relationships, whitelisting status, content rights, and performance history.

  • Apply paid media amplification best practices to influencer content, including format, cropping, captions, and CTA placement by platform.

  • Feed performance learnings back to the Influencer team to inform which creators and content styles to prioritize for future partnerships.

  • Partner with Legal and Medical to ensure influencer content and disclosures meet healthcare marketing compliance requirements.

You Have:

  • Experience working directly with an influencer team, guiding content creation and editing toward conversion-focused paid outcomes (not just organic reach).

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Partnership Ads/branded content tools (allowlisting), including permissions setup and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience running TikTok Spark Ads off creator organic posts.

  • Working knowledge of paid media amplification best practices for influencer and creator content across Meta and TikTok.

  • Experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer paid social, with the analytical skills to manage budget, measure performance, and optimize toward efficiency targets.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you can work fluidly between creative/influencer partners and performance media teams.

  • Comfort with lightweight content editing/review to keep creator content on-brand and platform-ready ahead of launch.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, or another regulated or highly-compliant advertising category.

  • Familiarity with influencer/creator management platforms (e.g., Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ).

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) to guide or make quick creative tweaks.

  • Experience testing and scaling UGC or creator content beyond influencer-specific programs.

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you’re not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.

Sample interview questions
How would you evaluate whether an influencer is a good fit for a conversion-focused paid campaign?

I would assess audience relevance, historical content quality, authenticity, engagement signals, brand safety, and whether the creator can communicate a clear product benefit. I would then test the content in paid placements and judge fit primarily through conversion efficiency, not organic engagement alone.

Describe your process for launching a Meta Partnership Ad from creator content.

I would first confirm content rights, branded-content permissions, account access, required disclosures, and correct creator tagging. After configuring the allowlisting setup, I would build campaign, audience, creative, and measurement settings, then validate delivery and monitor early performance for approval or tracking issues.

What metrics would you use to compare influencer ads with brand-led paid social creative?

I would compare spend, CPM, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend where applicable, and downstream quality metrics. I would segment results by creator, format, hook, audience, platform, and product category to identify repeatable drivers of performance.

How would you respond if a creator ad has strong engagement but weak conversion performance?

I would review the message, offer clarity, CTA placement, landing-page alignment, audience targeting, and whether the opening hook attracts viewers who are unlikely to purchase. I would test conversion-oriented edits or alternative audiences before deciding whether to pause, reposition, or retain the creator for upper-funnel use.

How do you ensure influencer content remains compliant in a healthcare advertising environment?

I would use approved briefs, clear disclosure requirements, documented claim guidance, and a structured review workflow with legal and medical partners. I would verify that ad copy, captions, visual claims, and creator statements meet platform policies and internal standards before launch.
