- Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements.
- Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation, with opportunities to lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and recruiter experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
- Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.

Sample interview questions
I first map the current workflow, identify failure points using audit data and recruiter feedback, and define clear ownership and success metrics. I then configure and test the revised workflow in a controlled environment, document the change, train users, and monitor adoption and data-quality results after launch.
I have managed job and requisition setup, interview plans, user permissions, templates, scorecards, workflow configuration, data audits, reporting, and issue resolution. I use role-based access and documented governance to maintain security and consistency across recruiting teams.
I would begin with the decisions leadership needs to make, such as monitoring pipeline health, time to fill, stage conversion, recruiter capacity, and source performance. I would validate metric definitions and source data, build an accessible dashboard, and establish a recurring review process to turn findings into actions.
I assess each request by business impact, hiring risk, dependencies, effort, and urgency, then communicate the resulting priority order and expected timelines. I reserve capacity for critical system issues while tracking improvement work in a visible backlog to ensure strategic projects continue moving forward.
I involve recruiters and key stakeholders early, test the process with representative users, and explain the practical benefits rather than only the policy requirements. Clear documentation, concise training, office hours, and follow-up metrics help identify adoption gaps and reinforce the new standard.
