About Juniper Square

Private markets are one of the largest, most complex, and most underserved corners of global finance. Our mission at Juniper Square is to unlock their full potential. We’re the Operations Partner trusted by 2,300+ GPs, unifying technology, data, and fund administration services into a single platform that helps GPs move faster, make better decisions, and scale with precision. With $300B+ under administration and 700,000+ LPs on platform, we’ve built the scale to match our ambition. And with JunieAI, our purpose-built AI platform, we’re reimagining how private markets operate, embedding intelligence across every workflow. Founder-led since 2014, backed by $350M+ in funding, and now 1,000+ employees strong, we’re building a company designed to shape the future of private markets for decades to come.

Our culture is built for people who want to do ambitious, meaningful work alongside exceptionally talented teammates. We think like owners, move with urgency, and take pride in solving hard problems that truly matter to our customers and the future of private markets. We believe the best ideas come from open debate, deep collaboration, and diverse perspectives, which is why we believe transparency is the default and feedback makes us stronger. If you’re energized by high standards, rapid growth, and the opportunity to help define a category at a pivotal moment, come join us!

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About the role

At Juniper Square, we believe markets are conversations, especially private markets, and we want to be in more of them. Our executives have strong opinions on where private markets are headed, and we have the raw materials to back them up: The Distribution podcast, proprietary data on how private markets operate, and more than a decade of experience working with GPs across venture capital, real assets, and private equity.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll turn those components into a program that builds our share of voice. You’ll work directly with our executives and broader leadership team to find their points of view, help them author sharp content and ideas, and publish their perspectives on LinkedIn and wherever the conversation moves next. You’ll also use our corporate channels to amplify and augment what they say, building mindshare for Juniper Square with the GPs we serve.

In this role, you’ll be part strategist, part editor, and part operator, with room to build the program the way you think it should work. That includes designing the AI-powered operating system behind the program across how we spot conversations, find the right angles, draft content in each leader’s voice, and learn from every post.

What you’ll do

  • Own Juniper Square’s social media strategy and execution, with executive voices at the center. Work with our leaders to define their points of view, set a posting rhythm, and build a social presence that drives conversation.

  • Coach leaders on what makes a take worth publishing, and as needed, help draft and edit posts, comments, and replies in their voice.

  • Mine our raw material. Turn episodes of The Distribution, proprietary data, product launches, and our decade plus of experience into compelling posts, clips, and takes.

  • Get our leaders into the conversation fast. Track what’s being discussed in venture capital, real assets, and private equity, and help Juniper Square and our leaders respond quickly and effectively to news and insights as they happen.

  • Run our corporate channels as an amplification layer. Reshare and add commentary on executive posts, author and post complementary content, and design an employee advocacy program that extends reach credibly.

  • Design and run AI-powered workflows for drafting, repurposing, and analysis. Decide where automation creates real leverage and where a human voice is required.

  • Measure what matters: brand awareness, share of voice across our priority asset classes, and audience growth and quality over time. Use results to change what we do next so we keep improving over time.

  • Partner with Creative, our podcast team, PMM, Sales, and Legal to keep everything fast, on-message, and compliant.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of social media experience in B2B tech, fintech, or AI-native SaaS, with deep LinkedIn expertise.

  • A track record of growing an executive’s or founder’s presence on social. You can show us the strategy and the results.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, and the ear to draft in someone else’s voice so it sounds like them and not like marketing.

  • The credibility and confidence to work with senior leaders, including pushing back on a draft or an idea when it won’t land.

  • A data-driven mindset. You track performance, draw real conclusions, and iterate. You care more about audience quality and impact than raw reach.

  • AI fluency. You already use AI tools and automation to build workflows that save real time, and you have a clear view on what makes AI-assisted content feel generic.

  • Experience with employee advocacy or amplification programs is a plus.

  • Interest in private markets is a plus. You’ll learn the industry fast if you’re curious about it.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution run in parallel.

Sample interview questions
How would you develop an executive social media program for Juniper Square?

I would begin by defining each leader’s audience, credible points of view, preferred formats, and publishing cadence. I would create a repeatable pipeline from company data, podcast insights, product news, and market developments, then test formats and topics while measuring quality of engagement, audience growth, and share of voice.

How do you preserve an executive’s authentic voice when drafting posts?

I interview the executive, review their existing communications, and identify their language patterns, convictions, and examples. I provide concise drafts with clear points of view, invite direct feedback, and continuously document voice guidelines so the process becomes faster without becoming generic.

Describe how you would respond to a fast-moving industry conversation on LinkedIn.

I would monitor relevant news and conversations, assess whether Juniper Square has a useful and substantiated perspective, and quickly prepare a response for the right executive or corporate channel. I would prioritize relevance and accuracy over speed alone, coordinate with Legal or subject-matter experts when needed, and review performance afterward to improve future responses.

What metrics would you use to evaluate this social program?

I would track share of voice within priority asset classes, qualified follower growth, engagement from target GP audiences, executive-content performance, referral traffic, and the reach of employee advocacy. I would pair quantitative results with qualitative signals such as meaningful comments, invitations to participate in industry conversations, and message resonance.

How have you used AI in content operations without sacrificing quality?

I use AI to accelerate research synthesis, transcription review, repurposing, content ideation, and performance analysis, while keeping human review responsible for judgment, factual accuracy, compliance, and voice. Effective workflows include clear source material, prompt standards, approval steps, and feedback loops based on what performs well.
