About this role.
Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we’re a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of data and finance. You will be the analytical engine behind our go-to-market decisions, partnering with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership to forecast the business, model go-to-market efficiency, and turn data warehouse queries into insight that shapes where we invest. The ideal person has lived in both worlds, a data or analytics role and a finance or FP&A role, and moves comfortably between a SQL query and a financial model. This is a role for someone who likes hard problems, is curious about how Sales and CS drive growth, and wants their analysis to shape real decisions.
What You’ll Do
- GTM Planning and Reporting: Own the Sales, Marketing and CS annual and long-term planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing
- Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Analytics leadership to align go-to-market spend and targets with the financial plan, and to model ongoing investment decisions
- Unit economics and GTM efficiency: Build and maintain models for CAC, LTV, payback, and sales and CS capacity and productivity, and use them to recommend where go-to-market spend should go
- Data Analysis: Design analyses, validate data/numbers, and answer questions that mix financial and operational data in a clear and concise way
- Automation and efficiency: Automate recurring GTM reporting to speed the path from data to decision
What We’re Looking For
- Skills and Experience: 7+ years spanning both a data/analytics role and a finance/FP&A role, including 2+ years leading GTM or SaaS planning and forecasting, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company; track record of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding analytical projects, with people management a plus; hands-on experience with go-to-market or SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, sales efficiency); advanced SQL experience with an emphasis on outputs and structuring data into visualizations that answer a question; advanced Excel and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Attributes: Fluent in both data and finance, curious about go-to-market, execution-oriented with strong ownership over accuracy and deadlines, AI-forward
Compensation
- Base salary: $160,000–$185,000
- Equity
- Comprehensive benefits

Sample interview questions
I would start with revenue targets segmented by channel, segment, and sales motion. I would connect those targets to funnel conversion assumptions, sales capacity and ramp curves, marketing pipeline contribution, customer success capacity, and associated headcount and operating costs. I would then build base, upside, and downside scenarios and review key assumptions regularly with functional leaders.
I would compare incremental investment against expected pipeline generation, win rates, sales-cycle length, ramp time, gross margin, CAC, LTV, and payback period. I would validate the underlying CRM and finance data, model sensitivity around the most uncertain assumptions, and recommend investment only where incremental returns meet the company’s hurdle rates and strategic priorities.
I use SQL to extract and structure source data from systems such as CRM, billing, product, and warehouse tables. I create reproducible datasets for bookings, ARR, pipeline, retention, productivity, and cost metrics, then reconcile outputs to finance records before presenting results in dashboards or planning models. This reduces manual reporting effort and improves trust in the numbers.
I establish clear metric definitions, reconcile actuals to source systems, document assumptions, and use driver-based rather than purely top-down forecasting. I monitor forecast variance by key driver, investigate material changes promptly, and communicate both the expected outcome and the assumptions or risks that could change it. The final output should provide decision-makers with specific actions, not only a financial estimate.
I would first understand the operational context behind their view and ensure we are using the same definitions and data. I would present the historical evidence, explain the financial effect of each assumption, and use scenario analysis to make uncertainty explicit. The goal would be to agree on a transparent decision framework while documenting the selected assumptions and triggers for revisiting them.
