IT Project Manager

I deliver client-facing web products from requirements gathering and planning through release and post-launch support. I convert stakeholder requirements into defined scope, deliverables, and actionable tasks across business and technical teams.

I align engineering, QA, and design teams on workloads, dependencies, priorities, and timelines. I manage risks and blockers, maintain client communication, and contribute to delivery-process and resource-allocation improvements across concurrent initiatives.

I led delivery of mobile, web, and OTT products for international clients including AC Milan, ACF Fiorentina, Serie A, and beIN SPORTS. I managed cross-functional development, QA, and design teams of up to 15 people, coordinating priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

I managed the Serie A mobile application with more than 100K users and release cycles of approximately twice per month, as well as beIN SPORTS mobile and web products reaching up to 1M monthly active users. I also managed a project exceeding $1M in budget, overseeing scope, resources, timelines, risks, integrations, and production release readiness.

I managed up to nine concurrent mobile application projects across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch stages. I aligned developers, QA engineers, designers, clients, and stakeholders around scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.

I oversaw projects with budgets above $100K and managed Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements, including estimates, scope changes, change requests, and delivery planning. Combined monthly project billing reached $50K, while process improvements enabled faster iteration cycles and frequent product updates.

I ran day-to-day business operations and coordinated employees, suppliers, and operational processes.

I supported organizational alignment and ensured business activities were coordinated effectively.
