I founded and operate a personal-shopping and procurement business serving clients from product discovery and sourcing through quotations, purchasing, payment, shipping, delivery, and after-sales issue resolution.

I source fashion, footwear, handbags, jewelry, beauty, home furnishings, electronics, and lifestyle products through U.S. stores and international suppliers. I also expanded sourcing into China for furniture, electronics, building materials, and smart-home products, while managing supplier communications, pricing, deposits, invoicing, and digital order-management workflows.

Directed daily cross-border air and sea freight operations between Jamaica and Florida, including warehouse activity, shipment schedules, customer communication, exception handling, service pricing, and high-value shipment requests. Oversaw customer accounts and resolved delays, discrepancies, and service escalations.

Led staffing, performance oversight, and workflow allocation for approximately 10 employees across Jamaica and Florida. Helped establish the Florida warehouse operation in 2020 through location selection, regulatory and permit coordination, setup, and operating workflows, while advancing barcode scanning, shipment tracking, invoicing, customer portal, and digital communication improvements.

Supported the Marketing Manager with newsletters, promotional materials, branded merchandise, customer activations, and inquiries for private events.

Coordinated promotional requirements with clients and internal teams and assisted with event execution and customer-facing communication.

Managed vehicle reservations, rental contracts, payments, and day-to-day customer service for car-rental clients.

Supported insurance and rental upselling activities while working toward sales targets and resolving customer inquiries.

Completed coursework and examinations; one final exam grade is pending.
