I restructured product documentation and implemented content chunking to improve findability, readability, agentic AI search, semantic retrieval, and LLM use. I defined the information architecture, content strategy, and documentation workflow for products that did not previously have a consistent documentation process.

I lead end-to-end documentation for release notes, software user manuals, and hardware guides for AI-enabled aquaculture platforms. I collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product teams, align documentation with Git-based engineering sprints, and use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate drafting, review, and publishing.

I led documentation delivery across concurrent Agile sprints for enterprise public-sector software. I published user guides, context-sensitive help, online help, release notes, administrator guides, and REST API documentation.

I developed step-by-step training and onboarding materials in MadCap Flare and designed modular, topic-based XML content architectures for reuse across releases. I managed sprint documentation work in Jira and collaborated with UX designers, engineers, and product owners to validate content and improve the in-app user experience.

I developed and maintained user and administrator guides using Adobe RoboHelp. I organized documentation using concept, task, and reference models to improve content discovery and usability.

I worked directly with engineering and product teams to translate complex software workflows into clear, actionable documentation for end users and administrators.

I authored and maintained installation, training, and operational end-user manuals using Oxygen XML, Teamcenter, and PTC Arbortext Editor. This work included an on-site assignment in Derby, United Kingdom.

I standardized document templates, created verification and validation checklists, and automated a digital PDF checklist in Arbortext Editor. I also managed revision histories and coordinated review cycles with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders.

I authored description manuals, installation guides, and operational training materials for Bombardier Transportation. I also maintained customer-facing aerospace support portals, ensuring that technical guides, specifications, imagery, and screen assets were accurate.

I created vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator and built reusable HTML page templates that were adopted across the team to speed publishing. My work earned multiple internal awards.
