I serve as the single logistics owner for FF&E, OS&E, art, and construction materials across five hospitality projects in Brazil, Spain, South Africa, and Costa Rica. I coordinate freight quoting, booking, customs, receiving, storage, and final delivery across international lanes involving Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Spain, Cape Town, and Costa Rica.

I manage customs and compliance documentation, carrier benchmarking, payment controls, warehouse operations, and logistics strategy. I created supply-chain playbooks and warehousing frameworks, reconciled more than 1,900 shoring-system pieces, managed work packages in Jira, sourced forwarders, and developed consolidation and warehouse strategies.

I managed transportation logistics activities for finished-goods distribution, including freight-service contracting, carrier negotiations, freight-table validation, and alignment with commercial and production teams.

I improved carrier OTIF performance from 78% to 96% and increased control-tower adherence from 60% to 98% by establishing weekly SLA review routines with the five main logistics partners.

I managed e-commerce logistics processes, carriers, service levels, performance targets, and team activities. I worked closely with 3PL partners to improve collection and delivery operations.

I raised e-commerce carrier OTIF from 80% to 96% through root-cause analysis, dedicated collection windows for each carrier, and weekly operational alignment meetings.

I implemented the logistics operation for a new 2,500 m² distribution center in Maracanaú, Ceará, delivering the project four weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
