About

Professional summary

I am a solutions and implementation architect with more than 13 years of experience delivering workflow systems from discovery through production in regulated public-sector environments.

I specialize in translating ambiguous customer requirements, court rules, and operational workflows into practical technical designs, integration plans, deployment strategies, and repeatable operating processes.

I have helped scale SaaS and managed-services platforms from a single-state operation to deployments across 17 states, 115 locations, and more than 600 endpoints. My work has included digital signage, interactive kiosks, visitor management, and court case-management integrations.

I bring hands-on experience in Linux, Docker, Ansible, DigitalOcean, REST APIs, SQL querying, release management, monitoring, incident response, and security patching. I focus on building reliable, supportable systems and clear operational documentation.

I work effectively across sales, development, support, third-party vendors, and public-sector stakeholders. I enjoy leading technical discovery, implementation planning, rollout execution, customer enablement, and steady-state operations.

Career history

CIO AdGators

Led day-to-day technical delivery and operations for a five-person SaaS and managed-services company serving courts and municipalities. Owned implementations from kickoff through go-live while coordinating sales, development, and support functions.

Led technical discovery, pre-sales scoping, RFP contributions, demos, and pilots as the platform expanded from one state to 17 states. Designed integrations for more than 20 court case-management systems and architected an operating model for more than 600 distributed kiosk and signage endpoints using Linux, Ansible, monitoring, incident response, and release management.

Created rollout playbooks, training materials, documentation, and escalation processes that supported over 98% customer retention. Directed a two-year migration to the proprietary Screenseed platform on DigitalOcean and Docker, eliminating approximately $70K in annual recurring software costs.

Technical Architect AdGators

Served as the primary implementation lead for three to seven concurrent court deployments, managing delivery from project kickoff through go-live and customer acceptance. Resolved cross-functional and third-party blockers throughout implementation.

Led discovery and rollout planning with court and municipal stakeholders, defining success criteria, workflow requirements, integration dependencies, deployment sequencing, and project cadence. Partnered with a third-party development team to translate customer and product requirements into the architecture for DocketVision, the company's first SaaS platform for digital signage and interactive court kiosks.

Balanced 10 to 15 new deployments annually while supporting an installed base that grew to 65 customers by 2019. Built a centralized knowledge base containing runbooks, deployment checklists, troubleshooting guidance, and escalation paths.

IT Specialist AdGators

Piloted the company's first digital docket solution, establishing the foundation for later enterprise deployments in courts and municipalities.

Built the first version of Screenseed OS, a custom Linux image integrated with the Screenseed player, and established standardized device imaging and patching practices. Migrated the device fleet from Windows to Linux to reduce licensing costs, improve security posture, and increase upgrade consistency.

Implemented an open-source CMS that reduced licensing and technology costs by more than $100K.
