Translated financing, underwriting, repayment, and risk-assessment needs into end-to-end product workflows and used feedback and adoption data to support expansion across Nigeria and Senegal. Helped scale $4M+ in healthcare inventory financing across 6,983+ clinics and pharmacies while maintaining portfolio defaults below 3%.

Owned strategy, discovery, and delivery for consumer digital gaming products from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimisation. Conducted more than 100 customer interviews and analysed support insights and onboarding behaviour to identify friction in acquisition, activation, gameplay, payments, and retention.

Created PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements; prioritised roadmaps and backlogs; and partnered with Engineering and QA on UAT, defect resolution, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring. Improved Owo Ojumo adoption to over 70%, supported growth to 80,000+ registered users in three months, generated ₦500M+ in ticket purchases in the first year, and increased new-user conversion from below 30% to above 70%.
