Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Product Executive

I am a technology and product executive with more than 25 years of experience leading architecture, technology strategy, platform development, and organizational transformation for SaaS, PaaS, and data-centric products.

I turn complex technical and business requirements into clear, practical delivery plans, taking products from whiteboard concepts to scalable, resilient production platforms. My work spans distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI-enabled products, security, and real-time systems.

I lead and coach multidisciplinary engineering teams, shape technology roadmaps, design organizations, hire technical talent, and improve engineering practices. I have managed technology organizations and international teams across France, the UK, Spain, Hungary, Romania, and Eastern Europe.

I have built and delivered products in education, climate and ESG analytics, gaming, telecommunications, advertising, media, and developer technology. I combine hands-on architecture and engineering expertise with product leadership, budgeting, fundraising, and operational management.

I am particularly interested in challenging cross-domain projects involving AI, scientific data, cloud platforms, and high-scale systems. I aim to create structures that help people grow while enabling teams to achieve shared business and technology objectives.
