I lead two squads of five backend and frontend developers each as the sole product owner for payments and subscriptions at Latin America's largest automaker. I own the product roadmap end to end across payment providers and the billing lifecycle for free, paid, and trial flows.

I redesigned TTL and webhook logic to eliminate recurring duplicate-charge failures, reducing three to five daily cases to zero since July. I also improved payment flows, onboarding, and real-time sign-up ingestion, increasing monthly active users 3.7x in nine months, daily transactions by 81.1%, and daily registrations by 73% while reducing drop-off by 40%.

I integrated Apple Pay to reduce checkout abandonment by 80% and support continued growth of the consumer applications.

I led a squad of seven backend developers and one Product Designer, owning card-payment infrastructure handling more than 50,000 daily transactions across 45 countries for Europe's largest online travel agency.

I owned an ML-based payment-routing engine spanning card networks, banks, and processors in 12 markets, contributing more than €10M in incremental revenue. I delivered tokenization two months ahead of a regulatory deadline, protecting 94% of transaction volume under PSD2 and GDPR.

I also identified and addressed a fraud and compliance exposure affecting 15% of revenue, and launched PayPal installments in five countries, reaching more than 10,000 sales in three months with a 92% payment-success rate.

I owned payroll and daily operations for a team of eight in an SME food-service business, with full accountability for operational quality.

I designed and implemented accounting-close automation, reducing report-creation time by 45%. I also mapped existing processes, identified waste, and redesigned workflows, helping drive a 26% increase in revenue.

I co-founded a B2B healthtech and pharmaceutical marketplace connecting laboratories and doctors. I built the two-sided marketplace from zero to more than 10,000 verified users without external funding.
