DevOps Engineer Siemens Technology and Services
I manage continuous delivery for an AWS EKS platform hosting more than 20 production microservices across three AWS regions. I use Kubernetes, Helm, Flux CD, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Redis/ElastiCache, IRSA, and External Secrets Operator to standardize deployments, secure credentials, and support reliable platform onboarding. I also configure Istio VirtualServices, HPA policies, and pod anti-affinity constraints to improve routing, autoscaling, and availability.
I migrated log shipping from Promtail to Grafana Alloy while retaining the Loki backend, creating pod discovery, JSON and multiline parsing, and Kubernetes event pipelines. I operate Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and CloudWatch observability capabilities to improve trace-to-log correlation, reduce log noise, and lower MTTR.
I built AWS Lambda scheduling automation for ECS Fargate, Amazon DocumentDB, and EC2 instances in non-production environments, eliminating 98 compute hours per week and reducing cloud costs by 58%. I refactored legacy infrastructure into modular Terraform configurations, provisioned CloudWatch dashboards, migrated 11 manual configurations to reusable GitLab CI/CD workflows, and created Docker Compose stacks for offline local testing.
I also developed serverless Lambda pipelines to securely extract, transform, and load high-volume production data from Amazon DocumentDB and MongoDB Atlas into Snowflake data lakes.
