My goal is to broaden my skills and transition into a new career. With my journey beginning at my current company in 2017, I've steadily progressed up the corporate ladder. Through this journey, I've gained expertise in social media content creation, leadership, data/lead generation, and real estate/finance. My path included starting in finance sales, transitioning to real estate, and eventually ascending to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2022. My passion for creativity shines through roles where I've crafted materials, designed social media content, and managed company headshots. I've also pursued my creative interests through my own business. Manage floor managers/salesmen, create training materials and social media content, lead generation, training, team meetings, sales goals, policy compliance (Company and HR), sales report, and CRM/Dialer System optimization.
Manage the hiring process and assess candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to match them with the right department. Manage and train salesmen. Ensure daily tasks are done and CRM/Dialer System optimization.
Reach out to potential clients to discuss their homes. Set appointments for our real estate/Foreclosure departments. Collect documents and pre-qualify clients.
