Administrative Assistant, Customer Service & Manager

Dear Hiring Manager,

I would like to tell you a little about me, outside of my resume. First and foremost, I enjoy helping people. Seeing the smile of gratitude that shines right through the eyes is my why.

I studied Medicine. But I didn’t love it, you know? However, I stuck through it. It took me a few years to realize that I love to do many things and that that is okay; my passion is not limited to just one thing – and that’s okay. Color coding is my jam. Colored pencils and markers? My absolute passion. Organizing. Planning. Travelling. Cooking. Reading. Sleeping. I love them all, and do them all so well.

I’ve found the ability to do more than just one thing in all of the major roles I have played in my professional career. As an Administrative Assistant, Operations Manager, Supervisor; you are the Jack of all trades. You are the person that everyone knows but nobody really, truly wants to be. If you have a question or need something done, I am your person! Good thing is, my two greatest joys are organizing and helping others. I take great pride in being able to lift a weight off someone’s shoulders and have them trust and depend on me. It’s where helping others comes in full circle.

In my college aptitude test I got: Doctor, Architect and Lawyer. I think of myself as being all three. I would also add on a dash of Cook & Pastry Chef, all tied up with a ribbon of Event Planner.

I know this to be true: every job I took, it was my first time doing it. I had no experience for any of them, but what I did have was a whole lot of passion and commitment; and sometimes, that is better than experience.
