About Me

I believe that customer service and team leadership is based in empathy and communication. As an actor, I have been able to utilize my skills to empathize and connect with customers and people I work with in order to de-escalate situations and find solutions creatively and quickly. Most recently, I used those skills while assisting high-level customers with their health insurance, which is a delicate, private, and often financially strenuous situation so it was always important to fully be on top of situations to gain their trust and not cause further stress. I also have experience in multiple kinds of offices with data entry and everyday administrative tasks because I truly believe that success is in the details.
