• Oversees application administration of 307 National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS) users within Region 7; AR, LA, NM, OK, & TX.
• Implements curriculum for individual field offices, and coordinates monthly regional workshops for NCMMS users; average class size 32.
• Develops and distributes on-demand and scheduled reports to building managers/contracting officers and provides feedback on deviations within data.
• Constructs queries via SQL to obtain data for contractors and management relating to Building Automation System (BAS) and NCMMS application interface.
• Provides support for 567+ BAS accounts including account creation, client configuration, monitoring security violations, and synchronizing JACE via Niagara 4.
