Dispatcher Cisalo Transport
• Managing drivers and booking loads using the national load boards - DAT & Truckstop
• Coordinate with brokers to ensure on-time delivery by tracking trucks for pick-up, estimating times of arrival and delivery, and recovering loads when necessary
• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and encourage drivers to ensure optimum performance
• Proactively make decisions to support driver utilization and solve problems related to pick-up/delivery or breakdown issues
• Supervise the plans and activities for each driver including but not limited to dispatching loads, time off requests, pre-trip/post-trip, and equipment maintenance issues
