Clinical Manager Absolute Total Care
• Manage Case Management and Care Coordination services and activities for members with co-occurring behavioral health and medical conditions.
• Lead a team of fifteen licensed case managers and non-licensed program coordinators.
• Perform monthly chart audits to ensure compliance with NCQA and EQR standards.
• Create and update departmental policies and procedures to maintain accreditation and company compliance.
• Collaboratively formulate innovative ideas to improve communication and workflow across Absolute Total Care and Corporate departments.
• Implement and oversee all behavioral health member-centered initiatives that include HALO, Find Help directory, and Choose Tomorrow.
• Analyze data from various reports to identify needs, trends, and areas for departmental improvement.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reports to monitor inpatient hospitalization and residential care utilization.
• Identify employee needs and implement innovative activities to maintain high morale and work performance.
• Interview, hire, train, and assign staff according to departmental needs.
• Conduct ongoing training for staff members to ensure compliance with the corporate goals.
