Digital Editor

I began working with Lodging Media in 2016 as an intern. Seven years later, I have been promoted multiple times to the position of Digital Editor. This position includes working on all digital offerings for LODGING Magazine, including running and editing every article that goes onto the website, writing and editing sponsored content and seeing the post to fruition, and producing newsletters for 30,000 subscribers daily. In this role, I also serve as the managing editor for Floriology, a digital magazine, and Condo Media, a print magazine.

Updates articles with SEO changes to improve ranking for Yahoo, AOL, and Engadget digital content, increasing article rankings on Google and other search engines. Checks product availability and pricing to accompany products as needed. Implements additional SEO recommendations from the SEO team.

Offers proofreading company services for company-wide newsletters, client-facing services, presentations, brochures, and more to ensure data remains consistent across marketing materials.
