Professional Learning Coordinator

I have extensive experience promoting the district’s professional learning goals to facilitate growth in the organization. I have developed and coordinated leadership development programs to build capacity among current and emerging leaders. Moreover, I gave developed several online courses foe professional development learning opportunities.
Additionally, at the campus-level, I have served as an assistant principal, teacher
leader, and teacher in urban, suburban, and rural school districts.
I have presented at educational conferences and universities across the nation.
Lastly, I taught undergraduate education courses at the University of Houston, which was such a rewarding experience. Leading professional development on
leadership development, teambuilding, and inclusive practices are areas of strength.
I am enthusiastic about building capacity, growing learners, and
collaboration.
