Human Resource Profesional

I am an educated and certified entry-level HR professional seeking a long-term position! I have completed my MBA from Western Governors University, and am currently pursuing my MS in Human Resource Management from the same institution, with an expected completion of April 2024. I have earned the aPHR® certification from HRCI, validating my knowledge and skills in HR, and tested for the SHRM-CP certification, with a preliminary pass, in February, 2024. Throughout my varied work history, I have demonstrated my attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential, as well as utilized my HR knowledge to process payroll, complete new hire and termination paperwork, and participate in interviews. I am looking to leverage my education, certification, and experience to work in the HR department of a company that values collaboration, innovation, and diversity. I am open to other opportunities that allow me to utilize my skills in a positive work environment.
