HR Generalist

As a Human Resources Specialist at The Salvation Army, I lead and participate in the full recruiting process, conduct new employee orientation, provide benefit and payroll assistance, and counsel and consult with employees and management on various employee relations matters. I have over six years of experience in human resources and operations, with a focus on creating and scaling ideas while keeping the key results in mind.

I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel 2016, which enables me to analyze data and improve processes. I have designed standard operating procedures and led projects in training and recruiting that have led to high retention rates and employee satisfaction. I enjoy taking projects from start to finish and seeing the lasting results that come from teamwork and cross-team collaboration. I am passionate about solving problems and creating solutions that benefit both the organization and the employees.
