Working as a HR Officer at one of the
largest fashion retailers in the
Netherlands made for different HR work
tasks and overseeing processes.
BouwTalent Zuid, a foundation that
shuttles between the college, student
and apprenticeship company. As
TalentScout, I help students and lateral
entrants find a suitable apprenticeship.
Also present at events such as the

employment contracts and absence
