Previously, I worked as an Installation Coordinator and Payroll Representative at Ascensus, LLC, where I managed the onboarding process for retirement plans. This role required me to develop relationships with various stakeholders, including financial advisors and clients, to facilitate the movement of funds and ensure compliance with IRS guidelines. My attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively were crucial in this fast-paced environment.
