Content Reviewer

Reviewing ad content for a project for Google in various languages, mainly German and English; assisting with language verification during new hires; helping to integrate new members into the work; carrying out work independently and responsibly; researching and using judgement to decide on credibility of content; proofreading, checking and maintaining high quality of news content as well as managing deadlines; maintaining a close working relationship with team members to discuss content.

Organize group trips; book different services such as hotels, restaurants, buses, visits, guides, etc.; develop offers and direct contact with customers, only from the German, Austrian and Swiss markets; solve problems that need immediate resolution; autonomy to develop programs; create and send pro-formas and invoices to the client.

Responsible for customers (German market) in 50 hotels and their satisfaction; selling and organizing excursions; resolving any problems that occurred during the stay, from illness to reservation failures; receiving customers at the airport and organizing transfers.

Responsible for POS, Accounts, Preparation and Service of drinks, Inventories and Requisitions; assembly for Welcome Cocktails and Events.
